Rebecca Abrams

Rebecca Abrams writes regularly for the Guardian. She has written 2 previous books, WHEN PARENTS DIE (Thorsons, 1995) (winner of the Mind Award) and WOMAN IN A MAN’S WORLD (Methuen, 1993). She is writing a doctorate on women’s friendship at Nuffield College, Oxford. She is married with a small child.
