Writing ritual:

Find an excuse – any excuse – not to write. Pursue that excuse with single-minded determination until a new excuse reveals itself. Repeat.

Best advice ever received:

Follow your nose.

If you could change one thing about the world:

Fractional recalibration of gravity between 6am and 8am.

Think of something beautiful:

Sky like forget-me-nots. Swans in the Baltic.
