Dr Robin Baker is a lecturer at the School of Biological Sciences at the University of Manchester. With Mark Bellis he is the author of Human Sperm Competition (Chapman & Hall, 1994) an academic treatise which establishes the scientific validity of the work and ideas contained in Sperm Wars. Elizabeth Oram has worked with Robin Baker on many occasions and has written widely for Company, New Woman, BBC Wildlife.
