Susan Fletcher was born in 1979 in Birmingham. Eve Green, her first novel, won the 2004 Whitbread First Novel Award, the Betty Trask Prize and was winner of the Author’s Club Best First Novel Award. It was also shortlisted for the LA Times First Novel Award. Her second novel Oystercatchers is a heart-rending tale about the bonds of sisterhood and one woman’s great remorse.Her latest novel Corrag is the story of an epic historic event and the difference that one heart can make and how deep, lasting relationships can come from the most unlikely places.
